HOW TO SEND YOUR PREVIOUS GUESTS A GOOGLE REVIEW REQUEST

Show Off Your Happy Guests on Google

Once your property is set up on Google My Business, guests can leave reviews to make your properties more visible and increase their legitimacy and appeal. Google makes it very easy to solicit reviews from previous guests.

Step 1: Sign into your Google My Business Account

Go to https://business.google.com and sign into either the individual account for the property or your agency account. If you're an agency, navigate to the property you wish to send out reviews for.

Step 2: Navigate to the Property's "Home"

On the left menu, click "Home". You should see several "cards" with information on them.

Step 3: Find the "Get More Reviews" Card

Scroll down on the "Home" Screen until you see the card that says "Get more reviews. Once here, click to copy the short URL provided.

Step 4: Send the Link to Previous Customers

Use your email provider to send the link along with a nice request for a review to previous guests at your property. If you're an exclusive or signature local partner, it should be easy to pull this data using your TravelPoint subscription. Example copy for these emails is available upon request!
